The owner Jessica Chow been in the veterinary industry for 5 years and have witnessed a lack of pet care services facilities in the York Region area.  After 3-4 years of planning she has finally found the answer to "What is optimum pet care?"  State Of The Arf Pet Care Services is here to execute the answer.
